As a Senior Assistant Controller, I work within a dynamic finance team to wrangle and detangle accounting processes, improve control weaknesses, and ensure that reporting deadlines are met.

What excites you about working at Marsh?

People! I have met amazing colleagues locally and internationally who are committed to using the influence and creating positive changes. As a member of the EMEA Women in Finance Council, I have also had opportunities to meet some of the senior leadership within the global organization. There is a genuine commitment to foster a global inclusive culture built on respect.

How do you bring your “whole self to work”? 

I have wholly embraced my authentic self at the office and have ditched the “work persona.”  I have found that doing so has allowed me to be more vulnerable and real with my colleagues and has made my work environment more enjoyable and more productive.
