Marcus Pearson

Chief Commercial Officer, Pacific, Marsh McLennan

As Marsh McLennan’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for the Pacific, Marcus Pearson oversees the Pacific region’s growth strategy across Marsh, Mercer, Guy Carpenter and Oliver Wyman. He also sits on the Marsh McLennan Pacific Executive committee.

Marcus’s expertise is highly regarded by his industry peers, clients and colleague. He has more than 30 years’ experience in insurance and risk management, and a strong track record of leading effective businesses and successfully guiding Marsh’s teams to support corporate clients across the Pacific region.

Previous to his current role, Marcus was Head of Marsh Specialty, which provides specialist risk management and insurance solutions to clients working in niche and complex environments. Prior to leading Specialty he was CEO of Marsh New Zealand.

Marcus lives and works in Brisbane, Turrbal and Yuggera land.
