Kirsten Mills leads the strategy and operations for Marsh Pacific’s Affinity business, delivering bespoke industry solutions for large professional organisations, each with unique risk and insurance requirements. She is also a member of the Marsh Pacific Executive Committee and a leader on the Women at Marsh Colleague Resource Group.

Well-respected for her expertise in the insurance and sports management industries, Kirsten brings more than 24 years’ experience to Marsh. Kirsten has worked across many sectors including underwriting and leading the largest dedicated sports insurance broking team in Australia, working with brands such as Cricket Australia, the Australian Football League and major events.

As a leader she is passionate about inspiring her teams to deliver exceptional results. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity, empowering her colleagues to reach their full potential and contribute to Marsh’s success.

Kirsten has broad leadership experience within various insurance industry roles, and has worked both locally in Australia and overseas in London. Joining Marsh in 2019 as part of the Jardine Lloyd Thomson (JLT) acquisition, she assumed the role of National Sport Manager and Head of Affinity for Australia, before moving into her current Pacific-focused role in 2023. Prior to joining Marsh, she was with JLT since 2008, working in account management and business development until she became General Manager of the Sport and Entertainment division in 2018.

Kirsten lives and works in Melbourne, Wurundjeri land.
