Chris is Head of Marsh Specialty, and is responsible for leading a diverse range of specialist practices in the Pacific region, including Aviation, Construction, Credit Specialties, Cyber, Energy & Power, Financial and Professional Lines (FINPRO), Marine, and Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions (PEMA).  Marsh’s Specialty businesses provide tailored advice and bespoke insurance solutions to clients of all sizes to help them solve complex challenges. He also sits on the Marsh Pacific Executive Committee, as well as the Marsh Specialty and Global Placement Executive Committee.

As a lawyer with 15 years’ experience in the legal and risk industries, Chris’s expertise has proven invaluable in supporting growth and innovation for Marsh as well as our clients. He plays a key role in enhancing our client impact and driving collaboration to support our growth aspirations across our broader business and Pacific region.

Chris joined the Marsh Private Equity and M&A (PEMA) services  practice in 2014 and was appointed as Head of Transactional Risk in 2015 before moving into his role as Head of PEMA in 2017. Under his leadership, PEMA has grown significantly to become the leading M&A insurance advisor in the region, supported by a growing team of talented colleagues.

Chris is based in Sydney, Gadigal land.
