Rory Cobb leads Marsh's Professional and Business Services Industry for Marsh in the UK & Ireland. He is part of Marsh’s Industry leadership team and has over 15 years’ experience in the professional and business services industry. Rory joined Marsh from Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where he was UK Head of Business Development and Sales Enablement leading a large team of senior professionals focused on delivering exceptional client experiences across the UK. Before JLL, he was at PwC for six years in various leadership and client engagement roles.

Gareth is the Cyber Growth Leader for the Marsh UK cyber practice and has responsibility for bringing the best and most appropriate Marsh cyber risk management capabilities to support our large clients.
Gareth's commercial crisis management experience has been formed through building and growing several successful Crisis and Malicious-risk management businesses and propositions in both the consulting and insurance sectors.
Gareth was one of the key leaders involved in designing and building the WTW 'Alert:24' proposition; he went on to help Deloitte develop its UK Crisis Management offering; built the highly-successful Hiscox SIR product from $0 > $10m USD inside 4 years and more recently has focused entirely on cyber risk. As a crisis management professional his foundation experience came from operational tours of Iraq and Afghanistan in the Army in the bomb disposal and counter-terrorism sectors. As a corporate crisis management professional he has supported some of the world's largest and most high-profile clients to deal effectively with high-impact events including cyber crises and data-breaches as well as complex cyber-frauds. He is accustomed to working with multiple stakeholders across large organisations and supporting businesses to address risk on an enterprise-wide basis.
Gareth is a frequent speaker, commentator and recognized expert on the topics of crisis management, crisis-insurance and managing reputational issues. He has spoken at Airmic events, security seminars, CISO events and is often quoted in the industry press on his views of emerging risks and their impacts on enterprise organisations.
