The majority of our portfolio programs include management liability and, increasingly, cyber liability coverage. The inclusion of other coverage lines depends on sponsor preference and the perceived value by portfolio companies (PortCos). Our Portfolio Managers will analyze the performance of renewals for each company within your portfolio and aggregate them in annual stewardship reports which provide an overview of outcomes on both a qualitative and quantitative basis. For example, we aggregate financial results on a year-over-year basis and compare these against market trends, allowing the sponsor and participating PortCos to understand the costs and benefits of portfolio participation.
