As Managing Director, leading Operations & Technology function in Europe, Lynne has accountability for a team of more than 1500 colleagues leading development and implementation of strategies critical to achieving operational excellence across region and driving profitable revenue growth.
EXPERIENCE
Lynne joined Marsh in 2013 and brings more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and variety of technology sectors. Prior to joining Marsh, she was held a senior executive role responsible for Operations & Technology with CNA, leading teams both in Canada and in Europe.
Since joining Marsh, she has been responsible for establishing a national strategic operations and technology roadmap designed to enhance Marsh’s operational efficiency and maximize client satisfaction.
