Depending on your cover, you'll get 60% to 100% back on most dental, optical, physio, chiro and podiatry visits at Bupa Members First providers.

Members would also gain access to Life Skills, an informative program that can help you to gain a better understanding of your own personal wellbeing and how to better manage it.

On nib’s latest range of Extras covers you’ll be able to claim 60% or 75% of the cost of service every time you claim for Extras.
