How do you de-stress? 2020 saw many changes we had to adapt to, and such adjustments can be stressful to both our physical and mental health. Hence, it was never more crucial for Marsh to focus on our colleagues’ wellbeing.
During the pandemic period, Marsh China adopted a flexible at work, carried out mental health counselling for employees and online yoga classes and other activities. In the second half of this year, we also organized outdoor activities, such as our own football teams in the Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou offices.
Some teams took the initiative to engage in friendly matches with the local teams. These activities not only strengthened the bond of our colleagues, it was a great way to stay healthy and de-stress!
