Dessislava Sevdina
As Marsh McLennan Euorpe Head of Strategy, Dessislava Sevdina leads strategic planning and analysis for Europe, prioritises regional initiatives, and executes and manages the implementation of key projects, working with Europe CEO and regional and country leaders to define and provide overall program management of the regional strategic agenda.
Dessislava plays a critical role in Europe Leadership Team, collaborating closely with leaders from across the business to deliver high-level strategic/analytical thinking and ensuring critical strategic priorities are delivered.
She previously worked for Aon, where her most recent role was Managing Director of Strategy and Implementation. In this role she led strategic change and transformation initiatives globally for Aon Reinsurance Solutions, and has previously worked for the EMEA region across all business lines designing and expanding the operating model to deliver value to clients in a unified way. Her career began in New York in the risk management and advisory side of the business.
